Jessie J. “Buster” Austin, 77, of Locust Grove, Va., died Jan. 24. He was born June 2, 1938 in McMinnville to Orville and Ora Mae (Holt) Austin. Always a smile, and always ready to lend a hand, he led a full life serving his country in the U.S. Army, coaching baseball and running his beagles.
