Jeffrey Lynn Lancaster, 50, of Rock Island died Thursday, Nov. 8 at River Park Hospital in McMinnville after an extended illness.He was born in West Memphis, Ark., on Jan. 31, 1962, a son of the late Bonnie F. (Chipman) and Luther J. Lancaster. He was the husband of Debra N. (Pennington) Lancaster of Rock Island and was a member of Barren Fork Baptist Church of McMinnville. He worked as a construction worker and owned his business Lancaster Construction in West Memphis, Ark.He is also survived by a daughter, Ashley M. Glenn, of Hoxie, Ark.; two stepsons Richard N. Bain of McMinnville and Brandon D. Pennington, of McMinnville; sister, Tonya J. Lancaster, and special friend Marion Jones of Oakland, Memphis; two brothers, Roger D. and wife Billie Lancaster, of Marion, Ark.; Herschel and wife Bobbie Lancaster of Cruthersville, Mich., father and mother in-law, David and wife Nell Pennington of McMinnville; sister and brother in-laws, Tammie and husband Kelly Ross of McMinnville, Tina and husband Allen Johnston of Woodbury, Sharon and the late Skip Keel of McMinnville; four nieces and eight nephews.
