Jeffery Steven Turner, 49, a Rock Island resident and Warren County native, was born Oct. 8, 1967 and died Nov. 27 in Vanderbilt University Medical Center following an extended illness. He was a therapeutic massage therapist, massage therapy teacher at GCI, member of the Pentecostal Church and son of Carol Estes of McMinnville and the late Paul Steven Turner. Mr. Turner was married April 4, 1992 to Zella Turner, who survives.
