Jamie Allison West, 46, a McMinnville resident and Warren County native, was born May 26, 1970 and died March 7 in St. Thomas West Hospital following an extended illness. He was a self-employed handyman, member of the Baptist Church and son of the late Roy Edward and Judy Gail Young West. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by sister Judy Juarez.Mr. West is survived by wife Jodie West; three brothers and sisters-in-law, Kenny Lynn and Debbie Newby and Brent Edward and Jill West, all of McMinnville and Tracy Dwayne and Chelsey West of Manchester; sister Tammy Satterfield of McMinnville; nieces Tiffany West and Samantha Lovvorn and husband John; four stepchildren, Tomas Santiago, Ricky King, Zachary King and Autumn Knight; and several aunts, uncles and cousins.A gathering of family and friends will be held from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday, March 18 at Sunny Hills Baptist Church.
