ames Marshall Weddington, 64, a resident and native of McMinnville died Sept. 18, 2023 at his residence following an illness of 5 years. 

He was a retired produce manager from Super Rama Foods of McMinnville and also Aqua Tech. He is the son of the late Matt Weddington of Franklin County and Virginia Lee Evans of McMinnville. He was also preceded in death by three brothers, Matthew Weddington, Cecil Weddington and Charlie Weddington and three sisters, Mary Owens, Eliza Robertson and Florence Clayton, all of Winchester, Tenn.

Mr. Weddington is survived by daughter, Brittnie (Josh) Evans of Huntsville, AL; son, Matt Marcum of Huntsville, AL; step-father, James Evans of Fall Creek Falls; two brothers, Greg (Lorrie) Weddington of Centertown and Lester (Diane) Evans of Bone Cave; sister, Brenda (Omar) Delira; four nephews, Jake (Katie) Weddington of Centertown, Justin Evans of Bone Cave and Austin (Whitney) Evans and Kyle (McKennize) Rutledge, both of McMinnville; two nieces, Megan (Morgan) Lawrence and Kayla (Bill) Rutledge, both of McMinnville; cousins, friends, aunts and uncles and significant other of 23 years, Phyllis Bain of McMinnville.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.

In lieu of flowers, the family request that memorials be made to High’s to assist with expenses.
