McMinnville resident and Warren County native James Leonard Lusk, 69, was born Aug. 27, 1945 and died Feb. 5 at Saint Thomas West Hospital in Nashville following a brief illness.A retired employee of Carrier Corporation and a member of the Church of Christ, he was the son of the late Frank Duncan and Ada Rosena Starkey Lusk. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by daughter DeAndrea Lusk; and two brothers Donald and Howard Lusk. He is survived by son and daughter-in-law, James Leonard “Lenny” and Equeesha Lusk of Morrison; three grandchildren, Cameron, Arianna and LaBraya Lusk; three sisters, Vera Thomas of Yuba City, Calif., Johnnie Taylor of McMinnville, and Juanita Taylor of Rock Island; four brothers and sisters-in-law, Charles and Georgia Lusk of McMinnville, Harold and Louise Lusk of McMinnville, Jerry Lusk of Murfreesboro, and Curtis and Rhonda Lusk of Murfreesboro; sister-in-law, Margaret Lusk of McMinnville; and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
