McMinnville resident and Louisville, Ark., native James “J.P.” Edward Pack II, 34, was born Aug. 29, 1979 and died unexpectedly Dec. 31.The owner of J.P.’s Happy Tire, he was the son of James Pack of McMinnville and Renia Pack of Houston, Texas.In addition to his parents, he is survived by two children, Destiny Faith Pack and Gauge Pack, both of Smithville; sister Renay Murdock of Nashville; brother Kevin Hooper of Dickson; aunts and uncles, Sarah Milstead of Belvidere, Reba Brown of McMinnville, Pamela Palmer of Pegram, Leda Resch and Herlon and Evelyn Davidson, all of Bon Aqua, and Bennie and Evelyn Davidson of Dickson; two nephews, Michael Hooper and Thomas Hooper; and niece, Evelyn Hooper.He was preceded in death by paternal grandparents, Clifton and Bobby Pack; and maternal grandparents, Roy and Gladys Davidson.Funeral service was held Jan. 4 in High’s Chapel.
