ames “Jim” Frank Parris, 74, of Ringgold, Ga., passed away Monday, June 25, at his residence. A lifelong resident of Ringgold, he attended Ringgold First Baptist Church, was a Veteran of the U.S. Army and was a former employee of Salem Equipment where he worked for 30 years. He is preceded in death by his parents, Carl and Ruby Lee Waters Parris; and brother, R.C. Parris.
