James Howard Taylor, 66, a Murfreesboro resident and Warren County native, was born Nov. 5, 1947 and died Sept. 15 at Bethesda Health Care Center in Cookeville following an extended illness. He was a retired employee of DeZurik Corp., a U.S. Army veteran, and son of the late Harry Ed and Henrietta Hancock Taylor.He was married to Lucille Woods Taylor, who preceded him in death Jan. 18, 1995. In addition to his wife and parents, he was preceded in death by two brothers, Charles Henry Hancock and Harry Taylor Jr.; and three sisters, Pearlie Ellis, Edwina Grayson and Mattie Miller.
