James E. Chandler, 82, St. Rt. 167, Denmark Twp., died Saturday afternoon at the Jefferson Healthcare Center. He was born Sept. 27, 1934 in Bone Cave, the son of Walter and Delma (White) Chandler and has resided in the Jefferson area since 1948, coming from Tennessee.
