James A. Miller, 84, of Morrison died Sunday, Nov. 17 at his residence surrounded by his loving family. He was preceded in death by his parents Bill and Pearl Davenport Miller, and 12 siblings.  
 He is survived by his wife of 63 years, Sarah Agnes Johnson Miller; one daughter, Judy Eastman and husband Chuck of Mt. Juliet, one son, James Miller and wife Anita of Morrison, one brother, Junior Miller and wife Potsy of McMinnville; five grandchildren, and three great grandchildren.
 Mr. Miller was a member of Fountain Grove Methodist Church. He was a devoted and loving husband, father and friend. James was a farmer for many years and he loved to fish. He enjoyed making people laugh and always had a positive attitude and a kind word for all who knew him.
 Funeral services were held Tuesday at Coffee County Funeral Chapel with Danny Freeman and Bro. Mark Foster officiating. Burial followed at Fountain Grove Cemetery.
