Irene Adair Bain, 72, of Morrison died Wednesday, May 14, at her residence.
She was born Feb. 1942 in Warren County and was a homemaker and a Baptist. She was preceded in death by her parents, Edward Owen and Dorthy Miller Bond; husband, Wayne Bain; daughter, Felicia Ann Bain; and brothers, Aubrey Bond and Waymon Bond.
Survivors include her son, Keith (Holly) Bain of Morrison; siblings, Geneva (Reece) Winfrey of Morrison, Janie (Bill) Underwood of Woodbury, Marie (John) Padgett, Judy Roberts, Audrey (Charles) Morgan, Diane Bond, Frank (Gewanda) Bond, Eugene Bond and Doug Bond; special sister and brother-in-law, Wanda and Randy Neely; special brother, Morris Bond all of McMinnville; brother-in-law and sister-in-law Dan and Dortha Felton of Sparta; special nephews, Ryan Neely and Cody Bond, and special nieces, Kayla Bond and Leslie Lockey. Several nieces, nephews, uncles, aunts, cousins and friends also survive.
Funeral services will be noon Friday at McMinnville Funeral Home Chapel. John Padgett will officiate. Interment will follow at DeKalb Memorial Gardens. The Bain family will receive friends from 9 a.m. until noon on Friday at the parlors of McMinnville Funeral Home.
