McMinnville resident and Warren County native Inez Burch, 83, was born Jan. 27, 1930 and died Oct. 28 at River Park Hospital following an extended illness.
Mrs. Burch was a retired employee of McMinnville Garment and Rockford Textile Company and was a self-employed quilter. She was a member of Forest Park Baptist Church and was the daughter of the late Jim and Lou Creedy Bain Holt. She was married Oct. 15, 1957 to Robert Lee Burch, who preceded her in death Nov. 6, 2003. In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by four brothers and one sister.
Mrs. Burch is survived by one son and daughter-in-law, Mack and Lafonda Burch of McMinnville; two daughters and sons-in-law, Peggy and Randy Hillis and Robbie and Steve Cantrell, all of McMinnville; four grandchildren and spouses, Brandy and Mickey Prater and Michelle Brooks, all of Rock Island, Jonathan and Amy Hillis of Short Mountain, and Tessia and Colby Honeycutt of McMinnville; 10 great-grandchildren, four sisters and one brother.
A graveside service and interment will be held at 3 p.m. Wednesday at Faulkner Cemetery at Pike Hill with Bob Vickers officiating. Visitation will be held from 9 a.m. to 2:45 p.m. Wednesday at High’s.
High Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
