McMinnville resident and Warren County native Inez Burch, 83, was born Jan. 27, 1930 and died Oct. 28 at River Park Hospital following an extended illness.Mrs. Burch was a retired employee of McMinnville Garment and Rockford Textile Company and was a self-employed quilter. She was a member of Forest Park Baptist Church and was the daughter of the late Jim and Lou Creedy Bain Holt. She was married Oct. 15, 1957 to Robert Lee Burch, who preceded her in death Nov. 6, 2003.
