Helen Ruth Fisher Hale, 86, a Rock Island resident and Warren County native, was born March 30, 1932 and died July 28 at her residence following an extended illness. She was a homemaker, member of Campaign Church of God of Prophecy, and daughter of the late John W. and Sarah B. Green Fisher. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by husband, A.T. Hale Jr. in 2010; son Terry Lynn Hale in 2007; four brothers and three sisters.
