Rock Island resident and Gallatin native Helen Branham Dunlap, 88, was born July 10, 1927 and died July 1 at NHC Healthcare in McMinnville. A homemaker and a member of the Presbyterian Church, she was the daughter of the late Porter Raymond and Mallie Dobbs Branham. She was married May 29, 1970 to Joel Simpson Dunlap, who preceded her in death on March 20, 1991.
