McMinnville resident and Warren County native Hazel Dean Rains, 84, was born Feb. 24, 1939 and passed to her heavenly home on Sept. 12, 2023 at Alive Hospice in Murfreesboro. She was a devoted Christian spending her last 20 months attending church services singing and praising the Lord while residing with friends at the Woodbury Nursing Home.
