McMinnville resident and Van Buren County native Grover Louis Myers, 81, was born Feb. 22, 1930 and died April 2 at River Park Hospital following an extended illness.A retired employee of Powermatic, United States Army veteran of Korea and member of the Bonner Church of Christ, he was the son of the late Robert Lee and Ida Pearl Byrd Myers. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by five brothers, Leonard, Victor, Vestor, Alvin and Claudie Myers; and one sister, Bertha Walling. He was married April 4, 1959 to Helen Broom Myers of McMinnville.
