Gladys Dorothy Mansberry, 87

Gladys Dorothy Mansberry, 87, a McMinnville resident and Warren County native, died Sept. 17 at Raintree Manor following a six-week illness.
She was a retired employee of McMinnville Garment Company, member of the Baptist Church and daughter of the late Aubrey and Melissa Smartt Wanamaker.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two brothers, A.J. and L.C. Wanamaker and stepmother, Helen Gross Wanamaker.
Mrs. Mansberry is survived by daughter, Roberta (Edward) Cantrell of Pelham; two grandchildren, Megan Dorenda Mansberry and Elijah Seth Cantrell; brother, Lynell Wanamaker of Beersheba Springs; sister, Shirley Wanamaker of McMinnville; two step-grandchildren, Stephanie Diane Cantrell of Murfreesboro and Stephen Parker (Bethany) Cantrell of Knoxville; two step-great-grandchildren, Thalan Cantrell and Junalee Cantrell.
Funeral service will be 2 p.m. Saturday in High’s Chapel with Tony Smedley to officiate. Interment will follow at Philadelphia Cemetery. Visitation will be Friday from 3 to 9 p.m., and Saturday from 10 a.m. until time of service at High’s.
High Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
