Gail Ann Theresa Little Bear, 64, of Rocky River died Wednesday, March 2 at Cookeville Regional Medical Center.She was born Monday, Nov. 26, 1951 in Detroit, Mich., the daughter of the late Robert Parkes and Betty Woodin. She and her husband, Emmet, attended Quebeck Baptist Church.She is survived by her husband, Emmet Bear of Rocky River; best friend, Pat Viola of Michigan; two sons, Danny Powers and Richie Powers, both of Cookeville; two daughters, Patricia Bear and Shannon Bear of Oklahoma; sister, Cathy Aston of Michigan; brother, Ron Parkes of Michigan; uncle and aunt, Billy and Sharon Haley of Woodbury; several grandchildren, other family members and friends.Funeral service will be at 1 p.m. Monday at Gardens of Memory Funeral Home. Interment will follow at White Hill Cemetery.
