Fredia Campbell, 64

McMinnville resident and Davidson County native Fredia Campbell, 64, was born Feb. 5, 1954 and died July 26 at St. Thomas Rutherford Hospital in Murfreesboro following a six-week illness.

Retired from Middle Tennessee Radiology and a member of the Non-Denominational Church, she was the daughter of the late Mural Houston and Bonnie Beatrice Bell Alford.

She was married April 1, 1975 to Billy Campbell of McMinnville. In addition to her husband, she is survived by son and daughter-in-law, Jason and Cindy Campbell of McMinnville; two grandchildren, Braxton and Bella Campbell, both of McMinnville; brother Randy Alford and Betty Meadows of Morrison; two nieces and their spouses, Misty and Shane Estes of Winchester, and Jaqueline and Elton Pack of Manchester; special cousin, Shelia Duncan of Tullahoma and several aunts, uncles and cousins.

A memorial service will be held at 7:30 p.m. Friday, Aug. 3, at High’s Chapel with Rick McFerrin officiating. Visitation will be from 4:30 p.m. until the time of service Friday at High’s. Online condolences may be made at www.highfuneralhome.com.
