Frankie Jo Hobbs, 82, a McMinnville resident and Warren County native, was born Nov. 5, 1935 and died May 14 at St. Thomas Rutherford Hospital. She was retired from Finley, a member of the Church of Christ, and daughter of the late James Sidney and Sally Ruth Parker Pistole. Mrs. Hobbs was married Dec. 8, 1952 to Leonard Paul Hobbs, who preceded her in death June 21, 2008.
