Ms. Frankie Annette Kramer, 78, of McMinnville died Monday, Aug. 17, at Saint Thomas Rutherford Hospital in Murfreesboro. She was born Oct. 31, 1941, in McMinnville, to the late Frank and Treva Naomi Wilson Robinson.
