McMinnville resident Frank E. Simmons, 47, died Dec. 4 after a brief illness.He was employed by Paris Plumbing of McMinnville and is survived by his wife, Tina M. Simmons; daughters, Brittany Simmons of Romeoville, Ill., and Sarah Simmons of McMinnville; his parents, Larry and Joyce Simmons of Belfast; mother-in-law, Rose Pinc of Romeoville; brother, Rodney Simmons of Kissimee, Fla.; sister, Felicia Ekkert (Bill) of Lockport, Ill.; nieces, Jodi Crouch and Megan Ekkert and nephew Austin Ekkert.Memorial service will be held at 1 p.m. Sunday at Smartt Assembly of God with Rev.
