Sparta resident and Warren County native Frank “Dwight” Byars, 74, was born Dec. 11, 1943 and died Dec. 26 at his residence. A member of the Church of Christ, he was the son of the late Frank and Imogene Turner Byars. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by son Tony Byars.
