Frank Bryan Belcher, 77, of McMinnville died Monday, May 11 at his residence. He was born Aug. 26, 1937 in Warren County and was a veteran of the U.S. Army. He was employed at Oster for 26 years and retired from Quality Mold after 15 years and was a member of Cornerstone Baptist Church.
