Frances West Cantrell, 87, of Smithville died Sunday at her residence. She was a homemaker and a Methodist. She was preceded in death by her parents, Bryan and Lillie Thweatt West; husband, Bethel “Doc” M. Cantrell; and three brothers, Cleve, Thomas, and Elzie West.
