Frances Lucille “Granny” Hembree, 96, of Quebeck died at NHC of Sparta, Friday, Dec. 26. Mrs. Hembree was born in Warren County on Feb. 24, 1918. She was the daughter of Luther Roberts Sr., and Hester Hitchcock Roberts.
