McMinnville resident and Warren County native Floyd Edwin Mitchell, 78, was born May 15, 1939 and died April 18 at his residence following an extended illness. Retired from Century Electric and a member of Highland Church of Christ, he was the son of the late Mark and Olive Odell Douglas Mitchell. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by son Jimmy Mitchell.
