Flora Sue Hull, 78, of Winchester died Sunday, Nov. 3 at the Winchester Center. She was born Jan. 16, 1935 in Summertown and was the daughter of the late William A. and Mary (Weatherford) Luna. She worked as a switchboard operator for the phone company.
