Warren County native and NHC resident Miss Evelyn Pearl Smith was born on Sept. 4, 1935 and passed away Sunday, Oct. 22, 2023. She was preceded in death by her parents, James Marion and Virgie Sherrell Smith; brother, J.C. Smith and half-sister, Florence Smith.
