Mrs. Evelyn Pearl Lowe, 85, of McMinnville, died Sunday, Oct. 9, 2022, at the Webb House in McMinnville. She was born Dec. 31, 1936, in Warren County, was a homemaker and a member of the Earleyville Church of Christ.
