Humble, Texas resident and Warren County native Eunice Lee Johnson, 68, was born April 22, 1951 and died April 19 at his residence following an extended illness.

He served as a corporal firefighter and rescue in the United States Marine Corp, was a member of Brown Chapel Baptist Church in McMinnville, and was the son of the late Eunice J. Johnson and Audie Marie Johnson. He was also preceded in death by brother Gary L. Johnson.

He is survived by wife Alycia Jackson of Humble, Texas, daughters Lisa Benford Black (Roderick), Kendra Benford Chaney (Daryl), Tysha Johnson of Atlanta, Ga., Sharmaria Marchbank of McMinnville, Alexis Randolph of Evansville, Ind., Delon Jackson, De’Azmin Davis of Atlanta, Ga., and Delories Jackson of Humble, Texas, son Eunice Lee Johnson (Lisa) of Oceanside, Calif., sisters Ella Richmond and Darlene Ramsey of McMinnville, brother Harold Johnson of McMinnville and uncle James Edward Johnson of McMinnville, 15 grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren, mother-in-law Marvis Ann Love of Humble, father-in-law Jerry Joseph, sisters-in-law Stephanie Love, Kakita Love and Jasmine Joseph of Humble, brothers-in-law Mitch Love, Kevin Love, Cletis Love, Kevin Thomas and Jerry Joseph, one niece, devoted nephews and a host of cousins and friends.

Funeral service is set for Friday at 1:30 p.m. at Paradise Funeral Home Chapel in Texas. There will be a memorial service announced in McMinnville at a later date.
