Ethel Carr, 79, of Murfreesboro, died Friday, Jan. 9. She was a native of Hanover Township, Beaver, Pennsylvania and the daughter of the late Walter Scott and Ethel Morgan Brooks. She was also preceded by her husband Thomas Carr on Dec. 21, 2014.Mrs. Carr is survived by daughters, Debbie Carr of Ft.
