Erma Barr, 80, a Mt. Juliet resident and DeKalb County native, died Aug. 23 in Carrick Glen Assisted Living Center following a brief illness. She was a retired sales person with D&M Distributing, a member of Silver Springs Baptist Church, and daughter of the late Roe and Bertha Hutchings Barr.
