Warren County resident E.R. McDowell, 74, died Dec. 3.A truck driver and a member of the Masons, he was born in Viola on May 14, 1939. He was preceded in death by his mother, Mildred McDowell; sister, Mary Alice Harris and son, Rodney A. McDowell.He is survived by his wife, Ginger McDowell; daughters and sons-in-law, Brenda and Gary Murphy, Debbie and Jessie Parker; and grandsons, Michael and Justin McDowell; all of McMinnville.Services will be held at Viola Church of Christ at a later date.Southern Standard (McMinnville, Tenn.)
