McMinnville resident and Warren County native Elinor Rhea Cotton Biles, 72, was born July 2, 1941 and died unexpectedly Dec. 19 at her residence.The retired owner of Elinor’s Fashion Gallery and a member of Fall City Baptist Church, she was the daughter of the late Lyle and Maggie Lorena Delong Cotton. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two sisters, Virginia Pearsall and Gail Elrod; and brother, Ralph Cotton.She is survived by two sons, Troy Biles of McMinnville and Eric Biles of Cookeville; two grandchildren, Ben Biles of McMinnville and Corey Biles of Rickman; brother-in-law, Doug Elrod of McMinnville; and several nieces and nephews.A graveside service and interment will be held at 2:30 p.m. Saturday at Old Bybee Cemetery.
