Mr. Doug Bullington, 29, of McMinnville died Saturday, Jan. 5, from injuries sustained in a dirt bike accident.

He was born June 4, 1989 in Knoxville, worked in the maintenance department as an employee of Nissan in Smyrna, and was a member Central Church of Christ. Mr. Bullington was preceded in death by his grandmother Patricia Bullington.

Doug was a devoted father and husband, and was adored by his wife and children. He had a love for God and talking to others about the gospel. It was his favorite responsibility to teach his children God’s word, and he did so daily. His beautiful smile lit up a room, and he always had one on his face. His family was his pride and joy. He told his wife and kids how much he loved them every day. To know him was to love him. He was a wonderful example of what a man is to be. His wife and children loved him dearly, and he will be missed more than words can express.
