Doshie P. Hines, 94, of Smyrna, formerly of McMinnville died Wednesday, Oct. 29 at Christian Care Center of Rutherford County in Smyrna.She was born Sunday, Nov. 16, 1919 in Smithville and was the daughter of the late Herman Pinegar and Effie (Young) Pinegar.She was retired from Formfit Rogers McMinnville where she was employed for 40 years. She is survived by her; daughter, Jean Gleason and husband Ed of Smyrna; one brother, Herman Pinegar, Jr. and wife Reba of Fayetteville; sister-in-law, Virginia King and husband J.H. of McMinnville; four grandchildren, Rhonda Egerton and husband Tim, Dianna Collinsworth and husband Brad, Kerry Gleason, Kimberly Cagle, six great-grandchildren, and nine great-great-grandchildren.In addition to her parents, Doshie was preceded in death by her husband James E. Hines; three sisters, Dollie Turner, Ofallon Jordan, Dorothy Bates; and grandson, Edwin Keith Gleason.Funeral service will be at noon Friday at Gardens of Memory Funeral Home Chapel with Tim Egerton officiating. Interment will be in Gardens of Memory Cemetery.
