McMinnville resident and Warren County native Doris Marie Powell Julian Cantrell, 89, was born March 17, 1925 and died Sept. 7 at her residence following and extended illness.Retired from Jesse Powell Garage and a member of Central Church of Christ, she was the daughter of the late Jesse Hearl and Mildred Stepp Powell. She was married to first husband, Morris N. Julian, who preceded her in death; and second husband, James W. Cantrell, who preceded her in death, and was the founder and co-owner of Love-Cantrell Funeral Home in 1950. In addition to her husbands and parents, she was preceded in death by son, Gary Neal Julian; and baby brother, Jewell Haden Powell.
