Donnie Earls, 72, of Rock Island died Aug. 29 at his home. Donnie was born Sunday, May 20, 1945 in Vicco, Ky., and was the son of the late William Jasper Earls and Shirley Griffith Earls.He was a born-again Christian. He is survived by his wife Sonnie Rigsby Earls, two daughters Donna Perivolaris and husband Joe, Sarah Bess and husband Steve; two sons Donnie Earls Jr. and wife Lisa, Shawn Earls and wife Shannan, 11 grandchildren Allison, Meagen, Deitra, Emily, Brett, Cheyenne, Karagan, Dustin, Dillon, Daren, and Danielle; two great-granddaughters Addyson, Melody, and many brothers, sisters, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-laws, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.In addition to his parents, Donnie was preceded in death by grandson, Daniel Jasper Earls.
