Donna Faye Hooper, 61, of Rock Island died Friday, Sept. 3, with family by her side at home. She was born Oct. 4, 1959, in McMinnville, decorated cakes at Walmart and was a member of Newtown The Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her father Elder Howard Eugene Hooper, twin sister Rhonda Kay Hooper, and brother Billy Howard Hooper.
