Donald Wayne Hobbs, 78, a Murfreesboro resident and Warren County native, was born Jan. 25, 1939 and died July 17 at Webb House Retirement Center following an extended illness. He was a veteran of the Tennessee Army National Guard, owner of Hobbs Trucking and son of the late Ann “Toots” Hobbs. Mr. Hobbs is survived by the mother of his children, Anita Austin Hobbs of McMinnville; son Jeff Hobbs of McMinnville; daughter and son-in-law Stephanie and Mark Keith of McMinnville; grandchildren and spouses, Charlie and Jody Hobbs and Justin Hobbs, all of Murfreesboro and Dylan and Caitlin Keith and Gabi Keith, all of McMinnville; and great-grandchildren, Nathan Hobbs of Murfreesboro and Ella Keith of McMinnville.
