Dickie Ray Rogers, 77, of McMinnville passed from this life Friday, June 1, at his home. Dickie was born Wednesday, Aug. 14, 1940 in McMinnville. A U.S. Army veteran, he was the son of the late Lester Rogers and the late Virginia Ruth Rigsby.
