Delores A. Curtis, 76

McMinnville resident and Monroe, Conn., native Delores A. Curtis, 76, was born Oct. 13, 1942 and died July 12 at her residence following a brief illness.

A special education bus monitor with Durham School Services and a member of the Catholic Church, she was the daughter of the late Morris and Evelyn Beauregard Krofssik. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by son Paul Joseph Paulisin III, brother Robert Krofssik, and niece Leanne Krofssik.

She is survived by daughter and son-in-law Cristina and Jay Ballenger of Anthony, Fla.; two grandchildren Steven Henley and Serena Coulton both of Anthony, Fla.; brother and sister-in-law Gary and Pauline Krofssik of Roxbury, Conn., and Leonard and Anita Krofssik of Dunnellon, Fla.; sister-in-law, Gwenn Krofssik of McMinnville; nieces and nephews, Scott Krofssik, Denise Smiley, Kellie Neely, Ryan Krofssik, Gary Krofssik Jr. and Becky Caffrey and cousins, Jamie Krofssik and Kristy Hargis.

Funeral service will be 1 p.m. Sunday, July 14, at High’s Chapel with David Kilgore officiating. Burial will follow at Concord Cemetery. Visitation will be from 11 a.m. until the time of service Sunday at High’s. Online condolences may be made at www.highfuneralhome.com.
