Deborah Renee Milfelt Prater, 57, died Sunday, Nov. 9 at St. Thomas West. She was a native of St. Louis, Mo.She is survived by her Husband, W.D. “Dee” Prater of McMinnville; three daughters, Stephanie Bonner of McMinnville, Gwendolyn (Ryan) Jones of McMinnville, and Jacquelyn (Kennon) Hooge of Hartsville; stepchildren, Belinda Purvis and Gary Prater, both of Woodbury; father and stepmother Larry (Gini) Milfelt of Mesa, Ariz.; siblings, Todd (Amy) Roth of Cape Girardeau, Mo., Sue (Doug) Webber of Perryville, Mo., and Jan (Mark) Moll of St. Louis, Mo.; 12 grandchildren, six great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.She was preceded in death by her mother and stepfather, Barbara Popp Roth and Rozelle Roth. She was a member of the Redemption Center of McMinnville where she a leader in celebrate recovery.
