McMinnville resident and Ft. Meade, Md., native Deborah Anette Elkins, 55, was born Aug. 15, 1961 and died Sept. 17 at St. Thomas Midtown Hospital in Nashville following an extended illness. A CNA with Raintree Manor, she was the daughter of Elizabeth Sparkman Keathley of McMinnville and Morris Young of Campaign.She was preceded in death by brother Victor Jerome Young.
