Dale F. Ramsey, 69 of Smartt died Oct. 12.He is survived by children Stephanie J. Hawkins, Jenni D. Ramsey and Dale “Brent” Ramsey; five grandchildren; sister Beulah Smith; and brothers Joe and Bill Ramsey. Funeral services will be conducted today at 7 p.m. by Wendell Byrd at Woodbine Funeral Home, Hickory Chapel, 5852 Nolensville Road.
