Cora Daisy Joyce Snodgrass Simpson, a resident of Sparta, died peacefully at Saint Thomas Hospital in Nashville on Nov. 3. Funeral service will be held Friday at Oak Lawn Funeral Home at 11 a.m. Visitation will be Friday morning from 9 a.m. until the service. She was born on May 30, 1923, to John Vass Snodgrass and Chlora Mason Snodgrass.
