McMinnville resident and Warren County native Clarence Hardie Mitchell, 86, was born April 15, 1927 and died April 18 at his residence following an extended illness.Mr. Mitchell was the retired superintendent of operations at Caney Fork Electric Cooperative and a member of Dibrell Church of Christ. He was the son of the late James Lee and Rosa Belle Glenn Mitchell. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two sisters, Zelma Roller and Elsie Williamson.He was married Oct. 7, 1950 to Juanita Smith Mitchell of McMinnville.
