Clara Belle Cantrell, 96, of McMinnville died Thursday, Jan. 26, at Raintree Manor Nursing Center in McMinnville. She was born April 6, 1915 in Warren County and was a retired employee of Genesco and a member of Barren Fork Missionary Baptist Church. Mrs. Cantrell was preceded in death by her parents Oliver L. and Hallie Ethel Foster Mitchell, her husband Shelton Cantrell, and her sister Pearl Arledge.Survivors include special nieces, Helen Wilson and Betty Hale Fitts, nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, family members, and friends.Funeral service is 2 p.m. today at McMinnville Funeral Home Chapel.
